Clubs are responsible for all contract entry, changes to member data (ie; new address, cancellations, etc.), posting of bank return items and declined credit card transactions from batch processing, handling phone calls from members, and follow up collections.

Club Systems will process monthly EFT and Credit Cards and settle all funds to our client’s account.
