Starting at $499, our complete club solution, Full Service, encompasses all aspects of our lower priced Standard package from software to dues processing and adds the following dimensions:
Contract Entry -
Club Systems will enter all data from member agreements
Review billing exceptions and provide reporting
Provide telephone support / member call center for member inquiries
Record detailed notes of phone calls and data changes
Provide online access (Plus Service - See Software) for members
Member Data Management:
- Make account information and billing method changes as needed
- Post payments
- Manage freezes to member accounts
- Process cancellations
Soft Collections:
- Post Bank Returns and Credit Card declines
- Apply Late Fees
- Generate and Mail Return Item Letters
- Send Return Item emails
- Follow up with 30/60/90 day past due notices
Full Collections:
- Forward delinquent member accounts to third party collector
- Manage collection payments
- Provide monthly collection reports to Club.
Club Systems will act as your member management office, following all rules and regulations as laid out in your club’s contract and policies regarding member services. Full Service clubs have a Personal Account Representative as their point of contact for all questions, feedback and open communications.
