About one year ago, I received a notice in the mail from Club Systems regarding services their company offered; it sounded too good to be true. I had been very dissatisfied with my club's software for quite some time, so receiving this notice from Club Systems couldn't have arrived at a better time.

A phone call to Club Systems confirmed that they were indeed the real deal and understood exactly what a health club needed in terms of software, service and support. The entire team at Club Systems worked with my staff to make the transition from one software system to another as smooth and effortless as possible. Today, we are enjoying the benefits of a fantastic, very affordable software designed exclusively for the needs of today's fitness industry. Their service and support is second to none. I would highly recommend Club Systems to one and all!

I spent over 6 months researching a new computer check-in system for our network of rock climbing/fitness facilities. ClubSystems seemed very user-friendly and the price was great. It was to good to be true. So, I spoke to five references and specifically asked for things they didn't like about Club Systems. I never heard a single complaint. I was sold and have not regretted the decision once. The software is so easy to use that our staff easily transitioned. The customer service is unbelievable. The Club System's team is always looking to improve the software and will actually consider adding things we suggest to improve the functionality. You just don't expect this kind of service today, especially for the great price they offer. I actually tell every gym owner I talk to that they need to check out ClubSystems.

I wanted to take a few minutes to let you guys know how much I really enjoy using your software for my gym. I switched over in September of 2009 after realizing that the software I was using did not really provide me with much information regarding my members, ie. cash coming and going and a host of other issues. The implementation of the software was relatively painless and met the various deadlines we were looking at achieving. In additon, your partnership with the Credit Card Processing company allowed me to accept American Express at a much more reasonalble rate. That has been a huge value add for my members, since many come from a corporate environment. 

I feel we are providing better customer service to our members and are more on top of our day to day operations, as well as knowing birthdays etc.  I only wished I had known about you when I first got started in July of 2008.
